These Terms apply to all users of the app, including individuals, teams, businesses, agencies, and self-hosted users.
2. Description of the Service
Postiz is a social media management tool that may allow users to create, schedule, publish, organize, and analyze content across supported third-party platforms.
The app may connect to third-party services such as social networks, media platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, or hosting providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, policies, and developer rules.
3. User Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, clients, or anyone you authorize to use the app.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Connected Social Accounts
When you connect a social media account, you authorize Postiz to access and use that account only as needed to provide the service, such as scheduling posts, publishing content, retrieving account information, or displaying analytics.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and platform authorization to connect, manage, and publish through any account you add.
Balligi Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including rejected posts, removed content, API limits, account restrictions, suspensions, or changes to platform rules.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through Postiz.
By using Postiz, you grant Balligi Enterprises, LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and publish your content solely as needed to operate the service.
You represent that your content does not violate any law, third-party right, platform policy, or contractual obligation.
You are solely responsible for your content, including text, images, video, audio, links, hashtags, captions, comments, campaigns, and scheduled posts.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Postiz to:
Break any law or regulation.
Violate the terms or policies of any connected platform.

We do not review your content for advertising compliance unless we expressly agree in writing.
8. Platform Rules and API Access
Postiz depends on third-party platforms and APIs. These platforms may change, limit, suspend, or remove access at any time.
You agree to comply with the terms, policies, automation rules, brand rules, and developer requirements of any platform you connect to Postiz.
Some features may stop working if a platform changes its API, removes permissions, limits access, or suspends your account.
We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
9. Scheduling and Publishing
Postiz may allow you to schedule content for future publication. Scheduled times are not guaranteed.
Publishing may fail because of platform outages, API limits, account permissions, expired tokens, content violations, file format issues, internet disruptions, or other technical problems.
You are responsible for reviewing scheduled content, confirming publication, and maintaining backup posting workflows when needed.
10. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
Some features may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

You may cancel your subscription according to the instructions provided in Postiz or the billing portal.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments.
Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion unless required by law.
12. Self-Hosted Use
If Postiz is offered for self-hosting, you are responsible for installation, configuration, hosting, updates, security, backups, credentials, platform API keys, and compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, security issues, misconfiguration, or platform violations caused by self-hosted deployments.
